Trailer | 8600FT - Braydon Bringhurst climbs mountain biking’s iconic ‘Whole Enchilada’ trail

“The Whole Enchilada” is one of mountain biking’s most epic trails-attracting expert-level riders from around the globe to Moab, Utah, to challenge its 8600-foot descent over raw terrain of rugged rock drops and boulder fields. But no one has ever tried to ride up every inch of the trail-until now. Equally mentally challenging as physical, “8600 FT” is a 1.5-hour feature-length film of Braydon Bringhurst’s attempt to summit "The Whole Enchilada."

Braydon is the best ambassador a brand could wish for. Incredible skills, but more importantly, an incredible human being. Can't wait to see the premiere in Moab this week.

Hey Cheers! Thanks so much for the nice words. See you in Sedona!
Could this bring about a shift in the whole bike industry...? For years, all the videos seem to be about young lads going downhill fast and looking swanky. Maybe its time to make riding uphill cool too! Can't wait. Thanks for putting it together.

Riding uphill being cool is gonna take riding up some gnarly shit & only trials riders are capable of it. Not many of those in the world.

@@MrFreerideForever A fair point! I guess we've seen Danny Mac and Akrigg videos for years, yet that hasn't caught on... likely due to being so difficult, as you said. Trials is an amazing discipline though, improving skills in so many areas that are super useful for general bike riding. I started riding trials about 25 years ago, and am so much more confident in techy terrain than other MTB riders of a similar level at everything else.

@@thetart20 Same. I'm a much better rider for it. More peeps should do it, but for most, it's too hard.
Having ridden about 3/4 of the Enchilada downhill, I know what an amazing ride this is. Riding it backwards is just plain CRAZY!!! Can't wait to watch the full video (especially the notch uphill).
Love how you never gave up on the tough parts and you were willing to share your struggle on the tough parts...5th attempt, 20th attempt,...sometimes 50 attempts! Your perseverance has been so encouraging to me.
I flipped this over to my TV and loved every minute of it. Going downhill is hard enough. Uphill is BANANAS!
This is my type of video! The uphill tech. Ohhhh man. So pumped.
Saw this movie last night in the theater with 700 friends. Great movie, great message, great crowd! Gotta see it if you can. Thanks Braydon and team for creating this!

Braydon is the man. I want to eat a whole enchilada for every mile he climbed. 27 enchiladas in the same time frame.

pretty nuts! I assume he can rest as much as he wants and retry sections?

Cheers. I for sure can rest. I just wanted to get every section and then move onto the next. I hope you'll enjoy seeing the process I went through

What bike dies he use to climb?
I can’t even clear the Snotch coming down
This is crazy idea, but I love it!
Pretty sure he usually rides flat pedals. Looks like clipless for this adventure.
I wanna see.

cheeeers!
If I had a canyon nearon I’d do this climb with my eyes 👀 closed
With the right tools (I used a simple bike tool kit kzread.infoUgkxHL1v1R3NE5x4KiYfyt8dnQmyNYz7qi5L that you can strap to the bike) it's simple to assemble. As a 270lb guy looking for a way to get more exercise that's easy on my feet I have been impressed by this bike. The tires ship with air in the tires, but before you ride you need to pump them up som more, but once you do you can ride with confidence. You'll definitely want to replace the seat if you're going to ride for any real distance, but that's the case with most bikes. I'm loving it and it has given me a hobby from my youth back.
