That little blonde girl in the crowd made me jealous. My parents didn't take me to anything cool let alone a Woodstock concert, especially at the age of 7.

It's 2021... Some are in chaos, but I'm back in 1971, 11 years old and working on Jeeps in the garage with my dad listening to Traffic. He turned me on to so much great music. RIP Pops...

Born in Northern California in 1954. I was so primed for this. Stoked, toked, on fire dancing. You just had to be there...a time like no other. Magical.

RIP, my brother Steve, who turned me on to all the greatest music/musicians back in the day. And never gave me hell for going into his room, or playing his albums without asking first. He was the best brother. Gone way too fucking soon.

Traffic was a band that wouldn't take the back seat to any group. Very underrated
