Many have commented that she is right in that road conditions are very bad. BUT that is not the issue. The issue is her using violence to make her point. Violence is never acceptable. Do not reward bad behavior! She can still argue her point without raising her hand to hit him. This is not acceptable. And do not excuse bad violent behavior because she is Goan. If we all raise our hands we will become a lawless society.

I agree! She maybe very correct on everything she is saying is wrong with the roads, and we all agree that road conditions are bad. BUT her raising her hand to hit him is not acceptable behavior! She needs to conduct herself in a proper manner regardless if it is a man or a woman! She is a very aggressive woman! It is good thing she is not in the West like America, they would shoot her first.
