Why can't u introduce online system. Budget was there already in Tourism. Maybe offline will benefit some vested interest

It is high tech century . Why Don’t Sikkim Govt inttoduce electronic permit . Apply all type permit on line n pay on line . Fill up all the details required by dept like name adress, ID card no . Isuue ipermit mmefiately on line. . Now a days everything works on line . It is just a matter of website programming . Just to avoid traffic chaos n time save and less pollution .
