It's about time I took the Traeger for a spin with some baby back ribs!

I decided to try the 225 for 5 hours method for these ribs instead of the 3-2-1 method I usually use. It turns out that 5 hours was not enough, and I went a good hour longer.
I used Traeger's Traeger Rub after slathering both racks with mustard as a binder. Then I set the Traeger up for 225 with some hickory pellets. I also filled up my A-Maze-N Pellet Smoker with the same pellets for some extra smokey flavour.
I also made sure I spritzed them every hour with a mixture of apple cider vinegar, hot sauce and water. This helped create a great bark on these ribs.
After 5 hours, I slapped on some Diana Sauce and then again 30 minutes later.
Despite my reaction in the video, these ribs turned out amazing! Tender, moist, and delicious!
