It was my understanding that the only property type foreigners cannot own in Morocco is farm land. So, I assume this listing is just for those native to Morocco? A truly peaceful place, though. I've always been a fan of the riads, but this is really inviting. Simple. With quite a lot of land. Enjoyed the walk-through. Thank you.

This property has been rezoned for residential use (VNA) - so it is no longer agricultural land and can be bought be foreigners.

A beautiful retreat should you need a break from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. But the first order of the day: a bannister for the staircase! (I can't see myself negotiating those steps with even a few glasses of wine!) Good property, good video. Regards.
