Знаете эти самсы думаю не узбекские а вернее а готовит их женшина азербайджанка. Такие самсушки готовят в Ташкенте только в одном месте в Госпитальном. Только вместо сыра добавляют яйца и сливочное масло заменяют подсолнечным.Рецепт секрет Но очень вкусно.

Какая у вас красивая кухня, как все вкусно приготовили, так уютно у вас как будто в сказке побывала. Молодец Молодец
