Inch paper is paper that is an inch long.😉
It's called Kirigami if you use scissors ✂️ not origami.😉

It is actually traditional origami. The kind of origami you might be thinking of is a new type with the rules of only one piece of square paper and no scissors and glue. This is a traditional piece and they used scissors or knives to cut and used different shapes of paper. This is the first origami. Also, Kirigami is actually things like paper snowflakes, this does not qualify. Thanks!
