Yeh toh desi odia meal lagta hai. Drumstick leaves are very good. Cheap source of rich vitamins. Bhindi bhaja, saag with coconut minced . So yummy

One thing I noticed that while in Chennai that, in Cuttack Bhubaneswar people cook more delicious sambar than the South Indians. Like in every hotel of Tamil Nadu it's very difficult to find any vegetables in their curry. 🙄 Don't know whether people eat vegetables there or not.

Here they use different type of dal and cooking method varies location to location and they don't put lot of vegetables here.
