Thais actually not true. Therapist and nurses use that phrase often, to get u a understanding that everybody has their own truth and world to live in. Depends which drive you use to boot up windows 95. if you use an old IDE drive then sure it takes about 5/10 minutes to be fully booted. If you install it on an SSD it takes about 5 a 6 seconds. Even a SATA III drive is about 2 minutes. so which boot drive are you talking about?
