Here in Australia, on ANZAC Day, we sing The Recessional to Melita.

Wiltshire is the only tune I’ve ever know for that hymn. One of my old favourites

Unfortunately I don't know the German title. The hymn is composed and arranged by J.S. Bach, so I am sure this hymn tune is also known in the German Lutheran tradition. I only know English version from hymnbook of Laestadian Lutheran Church in North America (Songs and Hymns of Zion SHZ 440: "Jesus, oh, remember me" ) and Finnish version from hymnbook of Lutheran Church in Finland, (Virsikirja VK 480: "Muista Jeesus minua" ). You can find beautiful versions in youtube when searching with the Finnish title "Muista Jeesus minua" .
