Traditional Bubur Cha-Cha recipe , 摩摩喳喳
Yields: 7- 8servings
INGREDIENTS:
270g Orange sweet potato 橙色番薯
270g yellow sweet potato 黄色番薯
270g purple sweet potato 紫薯
300g yam (taro) 芋头
70g Sago 西米
100g black-eye beans, 眉豆 soaked at least for 1 hour 浸泡一小时
Tapioca flour jelly 薯粉:
White and pink jelly 粉红色和白色
100g tapioca flour 木薯粉
70g (5tbsp+1 tsp) boiling water 沸水
Green jelly 绿色的薯粉块
50g tapioca flour 木薯粉
35g (2 and half Tbsp) boiling water 沸水
1 tsp homemade Pandan extract 斑斓精华
Coconut gravy 甜汤:
400 ml thick coconut milk 浓椰浆
1.5 liter of water 1.5毫升水
150g palm sugar (gula Melaka) 椰糖
60g sugar, or to taste 白糖
5 to 6 pandan leaves, washed and tied into a knod 斑斓叶
Salt to taste 盐
