I've never had success late season.. I try to get off the beaten path and occasionally you'll see deer. But it's not very often. Thanks so much for watching!

I’m digging the flannel!!! Fred bear would be proud! That quiver is looking sweet too. Nothing like trad bow hunting.

Yea, me and Fred Bear just knocking about in the woods with our flannels on. 😂 I actually have to ask you about the quiver for some trouble shooting, If you ever call when I am not in the middle of something LOL! It's definitely my turn to call you!! Thanks for watching!

Just trying to be fashionable in the woods. 😂 It was a pretty fun hunt even though I didn't get anything. And that's why I do it. It's fun to see deer, especially at eye level, even if you don't get one. Thanks so much for watching!!

It was a lot of fun!! and I felt like it was a success as well. Just not getting busted on the ground is hard enough. Hopefully next time I can fling an arrow. Where is the expo? Maybe I will come. Thanks so much for watching!!

Glad you are out of the hospital. So do you carry a small chair? Or just sit on the ground? That's got to be exciting hunting off the ground. Less to carry! Plus super mobile on the ground as well! Can pack up and leave More quickly than if you were in a tree!

Thanks, first time in my life I really believed I was dying! I have a small 3 legged chair. But I actually just ordered another one that is still 3 legged but has a back to it. My back isn't the greatest and I need some support. Sometimes I will switch from the chair to being on my knees. And yes, I get out of the woods a lot faster hunting from the ground lol. Dang at least you saw some! I hunt in MI as well. Terrible year for me and I did hunt a lot. I need to get out there more now though. In Oakland county we still have to the end of January to bow hunt. Today is 1-6. Edit...I see you hunt in the same counties and know the extended period, very nice!

You know when you have a heart attack you will be laying on your back not being able to move and throwing up prey you dont have one.
