This Malay lady prepare the traditional biscuit- locally called KUIH JALA; the word jala means net. If you watch the lady carefully, she drops the biscuit mixture through a coconut shell full of holes into a hot wok of oil. By gyrating the shell, jig jagging, the resulting biscuit resembled a net. Once folded, the biscuit is ready to be served
