Delicious Malaysian Traditional Dessert Recipe “Apam Balik” Pandan Flavour with Peanuts and Sweet Corn.
Ingredients:
1 cup of pandan water
1/4 cup or 1/2 cup of sugar ( as per your taste)
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/4 teaspoon of pandan essence
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of active yeast
- sugar as needed
- roasted peanut crumbs as needed
- sweet creamy corn as needed
- tsp. of margarine to spread on Apam Balik before serving it
