I don't know why this video was recommended to me a year after release, but I'm glad I did eventually find it. I'm a huge Don Bluth fan. My favorite aspect of Bluth's animation style is the exaggerated expressiveness and life the characters are given.

@@chriswilbur1356 Yeah, even Bluth's least popular films, I love the animation. Every phonetic syllable, whether it's from a beak (there are a surprising amount of Bluth characters with beaks, I just realized), muzzle, or reptilian mouth, is super expressive. And the eyebrows do a lot of work too.

@@taqresu5865 Yes, he stole the Hulk one, the Dragon's Lair one and the sea creature test. this channel and my videos came up in my own feed. At least they are connected to a really good animators name.

@@kaleocheerio736 You mean the video on my own page. Well, it's kind of complicated if you don't know who Don Bluth is. Don Bluth is the creator of Dragon's Lair and many full length feature animated movies like An American Tale, A Land Before Time and Anastasia. I discovered Don Bluth when I was young from the Dragon's Lair and Space Ace video games and I am a fan of this style of animation, which also happens to be a Disney style animation in a way. So, I am trying to emulate Don Bluth's style of animation and also his character Dirk the Daring. I put Don Bluth in my title to attract any Don Bluth fans, so they can see something that might look similar to his stuff, since I'm trying to make it look like his stuff. It's an homage to the original artist. My name on my channel gives it away that I am not Don Bluth himself, although this channel says Don Bluth, as to trick people into thinking it might be Don's channel, but it's not.
