I never understood why clients choose not to have the back tapered down to the skin, it looks much cleaner, especially when they have a low neck hairline

Some clients don’t like the skin bald look. And it wouldn’t have looked good on this client either. A shadow taper with a 1 or 1 1/2 and the edges lined up wouldve been best

@@Reborn95 I’m saying to start the taper right where the razor left off and blend it match the length right below the parietal ridge. So in a way, it is similar to a shadow taper but without any edging needing on the neck. This is the best style for clients who have a long hairline extending down their neck
