There's no way that dude is a billionaire. Millionaire maybe but not billionaire. There are only 171 billionaires in the UK so the odds of one just randomly walking in the street that isn't famous is extremely low but nice person tho. Edit: He works at a Subway so he definitely isn't a millionaire or a billionaire lol.
