@@sophk425 Omg thanks to you I was able to know trader joe’s does 2nd interviews and prepare in a more balance way, I just had mine today and they offer me the job on the spot, I’m so sorry it didn’t work out the first time, did it work out the second time? If not I got some amazing tips I can send ya that helped me through! And they can also help ya for any other job search! ^_^ Hope things are doing okay for you!

I had a similar experience 😭 my first interview went really well and I talked to a mate in the back room for over half an hour, and the next week I had my second interview with the captain and it didn't go as well, I felt like it was a bit awkward, so it was either that or because of my availability that I didn't get the job. I really wanted to work there, oh well! How did it go in November?

I think my availability was also the reason! I actually did not try again in November and still have not gotten a job but that’s compltely okay because school is alot of work rn
hi omg please tell me so they said they’ll call me either within or after 48 hrs this is after the first interview.. it’s been more then 24 hrs i was planning to call and ask abt the progress what should i doo please help loll

Im def not an expert on this at all but I would say wait! After 48 hours has passed though I would def give them a call. hope this helps!!

They filled the position. The person who is conducting the interview was not the same person who called me on the phone. She was not friendly kind of intimidating. I still don’t understand this whole three process interview. Nonsense to Trader Joe’s. It’s not that serious. It’s a grocery store. I’ve worked in corporate America where the interview process was less stressful and intimidating. Good luck to you. And check back in and let us know how it went!@@Cxptivate
