While I have to admit that I miss your van life (that’s why I started watching your channel), watching you move into this new direction reminds me so much of when I divorced. It was sad but exciting at the same time. Setting up a new apartment, fixing my own meals, listening to my jazz in peace and quiet was so wonderful. Even though I am now almost 76, you inspire me to do more for myself. I wish you the best.

Chicken Bone Broth is great by itself when you feel a cold coming on. Just heat, don't boil.

I have been doing meal prep for awhile now. I am just now getting into meal prep for breakfast as well. I have fallen in love with Overnight Oats. If you like oatmeal you should give it a try. I like putting frozen mixed berries, chia seeds, almond milk, sugar free syrup and yogurt, OMG it’s amazing and very satisfying. You should give it a try. I even bought 16oz mason jars to prep them in, great grab and go breakfast.

@@AbiyahBina I’m going to try camping out of my suv and see how that goes. I’m going to purchase a tent and a few other camping gear and I will do some short weekend trips in a couple weeks. Thanks for asking though, I’m trying to find a cheaper power station to power my frig and I’m off to the woods 😊❤️

I love the meal prep. It’s the best thing I have started doing for myself. It’s so satisfying to have healthy meals ready to eat instead of staring in the freezer trying to figure out what to make. I prep all the vegetable right away even if I need to put into containers so they are ready for cooking and I’m less likely to choose something unhealthy. I am retired now and this works great for me.

Greetings!Abiyah Great Trader Joe's haul. That's my fav market for groceries. Just left there a few hours ago. For dinner, chicken dumplings ( lightly browned in toasted sesame oil) add to the vegetable fried rice, add 1-2 scrambled eggs,add soy sauce , sprinkle Badia fried rice seasoning mix , heat, eat..Tastes delicious with jasmine coconut rice . ( my preference) Proud of you, young lady. The apartment vibe is 👍🏾🔥. See, ur eating healthy, looking happy too. Be safe, Be well.

Make a fruit salad with your favorite fruits and it will keep in the fridge. Or a nice salad of your favorite veggies. When you need to munch it's ready. Also a couple of smoothies ❤
