Apke case me TM autherity dekhegi ap dono me se kaun regsitered firm hai. Example Apki company MCA portal pr registered hai (ake pas GST ho ya na ho) aur jisne sam ko apply kiya uska word m trademark to es case appka trademark jo apne apply kiya hai usko consider kiya jayega kyoki apne jo TM apply kiya hai o ek legal entity hai means apki firm gov. of india ki nazar me ek registered company hai.

@@morlaynutrition ager dono k pass gst ho Meri file k baad ik file unhone same day lgayi evening m or ik file 15 din baad lgayi 3 no file per objection aa gya section 9 ka Unhone same day lgayi hui file per koi objection reply nhi kiya 15 din baad jo file lagi h usper kiya h reply Ab is situation m kya hoga

@@freshersgardening4960 apka firm MCA pr registered hai aur opposite party ka firm registered nhi hai to ap ek advocate ki help se es objection ko remove kr sakte hai.
