MAN some people have done well with all these vehicles they are all well tuned up for the power level you have taken on alot of beast of machinery love the love the looks love the soundtrack of the motors love the style of the vehicles if it all looks sounds and seriously gotten power and it' is one HELL of a good ride thank you for bringing it to us you Americans have knocked it out of the park major respect good on you I live in New Zealand 🇳🇿 a big fat SWEET ASSS KIWI

I was just watchin' the Fritz Boys work on their Deere and reflecting back on the history of Truck & Tractor pullin'. I guess it actually hearkins back to the first two farmers who used horses to work their farms. Then when tractors took over there were the Nebraska U tests to determine the pull power of the various machines. In the intervening years Farmers' "Engine"uity hopped up the machinery more & more until we have what we run Today. AMAZING!!!!!

Forgive me ya’ll but I got a question, and please don’t hammer me for asking cuz I just don’t simply know anything bout these machines. Just have a tremendous respect for everyone involved. So, why do they wrap the tires in transport ? I’ve never seen that before. Just curious if someone could help w an explanation so I could learn. Thanks ya’ll.

But why ? It doesn’t seem that that would provide much protection and why do some have it on and some don’t ? It doesn’t seem like they’re THAT exposed to the concrete that would make that much of a difference. In the NHRA, every little thing DOES make a difference right up until they actually race and going over 300 mph. it makes sense but I’m sorry if I don’t get it but it seems really odd to me. Thank you for educating me and being kind w your answer to my simple question. I appreciate that very much. Just try’n to learn.

Nope, that is not a stupid question.... It protects the special cut tires (all the hand cut/made groves) from the concrete and loading on and off the trailer.

I think more to make sure they don't pick up any small stones. The rear tires are cut at a particular angle and depth for achieving maximum traction on the track. A small stone in the wrong spot could become quite dangerous. But back years ago after you unloaded and got in the pits we would wipe the tires down to clean out any debris. But that was then and things have changed a bunch when it comes to pulling.

I guess being a farmer is pretty lucrative?
