Wow, you guys did some amazing research! What a great idea to put this video out there as we only saw an email that was sent to us by Amazon that could have easily been overlooked. It is a shame about the resin, and I hope that the rest of the product is pulled quickly. I feel like MGA will do their best to resolve the situation and I look forward to the safer new toys to come. We heard about those Amazon notices going out and we’re glad to see they’re enforcing it that way but I definitely agree it could be easy to miss that message. It really is a shame, but yes hopefully the stores in this video that haven’t enforced the recall yet will soon and MGA will be able to get that safer alternative out there soon for collectors! I never understood why these were marketed to children. Everyone I know who likes them are adults. They are primarily *crafting* items, not toys, and they are clearly marked that they contain *RESIN* and resin is *DANGEROUS* if handled improperly! That does not mean these products are bad, just that they should *not* be sold to children. Sell them in crafting stores! On high shelves! With signage that is clearly marked with warnings!

I was wondering about this, too! I saw Walmart Canada still had listings up to purchase for a while. Great video!

The Walmart site in the US hosts third party sellers and as of right now it looks like there are still a few up there that way, but the ones sold by Walmart themselves look to have been removed. I have bought some mini verse back in spring that were not yet opened. It surprised me that it was being recalled. I didn’t find the time to make them since I was too busy working my dolls.

I think considering that I am not inhaling, nor trying to drink the resin or smearing it on my skin this recall is completely unnecessary ALL children should always be supervised by an adult when crafting anything, it's called parenting... Either way in my country the line is not being recalled because here people are known to use common sense, but hopefully this makes the line get a little bit cheaper...

It's just weird that they only recall it now. From the second they released, people were talking about how resin shouldn't be in a kids' toy. Weird they're only acting on it now, I wonder what changed

I LOVE these but with that resin and all the tiny pieces idk why anyone would let their young kids play with them after opening them. Im 30 and I have a hard time with the resin and the small pieces lol. BUT every store puts them directly in the center of the toy department. and the lifestyle ones were always gone FAST and first. I only discovered them by grabbing a few randomly at Macys when xmas shopping and after looking at the package decided to keep one for myself and that was it, I was addicted 😅 I think they should sell the remainders with a warning at a discounted price, Id buy em

I work Receiving at Macys we pulled all of ours a few days ago. A customer found some that we missed and tried to buy them. They got confiscated at the register.

I don’t think I see the recall yet but if I do in the future I’ll call mga which I don’t really know what it stands for.

Good to know that most stores complied with the recall. Claire's might be in some hot water. Some Misfit collectors out there might want the recalled products so they'll be wanting to head to Claire's though. xD

They pulled it off the shelves from Walmart where I am from. But no recall notice. I just bought one right before this happened. They have been selling these for awhile I don’t understand why they are pulling them now. I enjoy doing them. Any one with any sense should know that you supervise children and take the right precautions. I actually tried to buy one tonight and I got the same message on the check out.
