The Tom Brown Tracker Knife is great. I bought mine after seeing the movie The Hunted back in 2003 and it cost me $499 at the time as well as waiting 5 months for delivery.

I don't have a problem dropping good money on a knife IF I'm gonna use it. While I've wanted a TB Tracker since seeing The Hunted I just never really thought I'd use it that much. Now that Weyland looks pretty darn close to the original & at that price it's worth giving it a shot to see if it's something I want to invest more money in. Thanks for the great videos.

Get a heavy duty knife like a Becker or Ontario and your ahead of the game .. Survival Lily's APO 1 is a pretty good knife design made from good material .. AUS 8 with G-10 handles .. She also sells a Tracker knife if you want that look .. For the price of a "Tracker" knife you could have a hatchet and a pretty good fixed blade conventional knife ..
