I definitely hear on that first run jitters. Get them on the first run of every event. If the track is prepped well you should be easy 1.4x’s. I run the 315/50 17 Street R’s at 18 to 19 psi. I launch at idle but I go WOT on that last yellow. If the track is prepped well it will dead hook every time. Good luck in two weeks!

Oh ya. Not too bad for testing.The Track temp is a Major factor with our Hellcats! We make all the boost at the hit. You did the rite thing easing into the throttle. When the Gomango gets on a hot track, it will be a different animal! 💪🏼👍😎. I seen you peek at the Moonroof too🤣😉 I’m betting 1.40’s -1.41’s are there when you get a chance. Nice runs....I raced tonight getting two runs in, both 10.8s at 127. 60 foot was 1.61 and 1.58. Stock 15 HC A8. I’m thinking about getting the AAD suspension and 3.09 gears.

Today was my first day back as well. Awesome content, looked like you had a great time. With the AAD suspension have you had any clearance issues with the pinch weld? When I heard you screaming "Oh Yeah Baby" on the last I got jealous. Right now I'm doing shake down passes till the tune is dialed in. 10.4 was the best pass and the best 60" of the day was 1.54 with the HHP Racing springs.

Hey Speedy... . nice run. Quick question, I thought as per NHRA if you run under 10 sec. you need to have a rollcage? Or maybe its not and NHRA track?

18 psi cold that day but you have to keep an eye on tire moving on the wheel.

What tires do you run on the back?

It will take some more fine tuning your launch . Also unfortunately this time of year the track surface is not the best . The ground is still cold .

Track surface was interesting for sure and after blowing the first run I was overly cautious I think but still pretty happy.
