Although she said earlier that she rented the apartment just for her temporary stay in Germany, there is real estate investment visa or residence permit across Europe and other developed countries. However, the investor most likely needs to come clean about his or her source of funds or income. How do u think some African politicians are able to purchase properties outside Africa?

@ FAKE LIFE, that's not the case. If you have 'sika' you can buy a house / apartment through diligent process in anywhere in the world. Renting an airbnb(furnished apartment) and buying a house is two different issues.
