Great and informative video. Is it possible to set it up to notify you via e-mail? Also is it possible to notify more than one (device) phone? Is there an other way to arm the alarm other than the up? Lastly does the application has widgets for arm or disarm?

Not as far as I'm aware. You can record locally to MicroSD continuously any/all portions of the day or have it auto record clips when any of the following is detected: motion detection, AI person detection, AI pet detection, AI vehicle detection, Line-crossing detection, Baby crying detection, Cat meow or Dog bark detection, Glass breaking detection, etc. (How many of these are available to you depends on your camera model.) What you'd want to do would typically be done in the "automation" part of their app, but taking a look at it I don't see any "action" options to enable or disable motion detection and thus whether or not it records when motion is detected. Here are the only actions available if motion detection triggers this: Enable Privacy Mode, Disable Privacy Mode, Play sound, Turn On Motion Tracking, Turn Off Motion Tracking, Turn On Patrol Mode, Turn Off Patrol Mode, Pan & Tilt Control.

That is what I was looking for. Thanks a lot. I have a question: is it possible to do the same using TAPO H200 instead of TAPO H100 (for camera connection), or maybe need to use both? Thanks for you reply.

H100 and H200 are the same except H200 also supports up to 4 Tapo wireless cameras (the battery- or solar-powered kind).

@TechGuru Andrew Is it possible to have two hubs? and have them ringing together in different places of the house. Also is there an option to add a keyboard to add pin or a outdoor speaker. I see that these last two are not available on their store, but maybe it is possible to add some kind of third party integration. Can you help?

Didn't get the answer here but I will answer. I made some research and it seems we can do it yes. It is possible to have the many hubs we want and make them make noise at the same time.

I was saying that in my video, you can use multiple hubs creating automation and then they will ring together.

@@TechGuruAndrew Sorry dindn't hear that part. You are right. Btw, do you know if it is possible to get a notification on my phone when a certain automation was triggered? For example, someone opens the door where the sensor is, and this triggers the Alarm automation that turns on the sound on the hub, but I don't see any option to send a notification to my phone saying that the Alarm is ringing. As far as I tested, I only can get notifications like if a specific door was opened or closed, or if it is opened for more than a certain period of time, which is very limited. I want to know if my hub is actually ringing when the Alarm was triggered by any of the sensors and get a custom notification such us "Alarm was triggered!"

Every time you are creating a new automation you can adjust these automation to notify you.

hi when i try and add smart button to trigger sensor and contact cant see in the devices, this is what i want to do: when we press it we thought we would be able to set the smart contact sensor and the smart motion sensor but when we try to set up smart actions and turn on/off your smart devoices the motion and contact sensor does not show

i installed a motion detector with a hub but every time i pass the alarm goes on. there is no guard on/guard off button like with the Mi home security system

Can I set the tapo bulb light is short time 3-5 second "blinking" ?

I have a similar issue with not getting notifications when the alarm triggers or only getting sensor notification when the alarm in turned on. Have you figured this out?
