I bought 2 already. One for me and another for friend. They are the best of the 4 open buds I have. Great comfort (I forget they are on my ear) Great audio, impressive bass. (hard to find in an open buds style) And calls are flawless on both ends.

Hi. Is it necessary wear both sides to play the music? Do they have functionality to stop the music after remove from the ear?

No, you don't have to use them both to hear music. But you do lose controls depending on which earbud you use.

I just got these, but I would love to be able to turn them off and on without taking off my ears. There are instructions for how to do this that say to press the left and right respectively for 3 seconds, but this is not working for me. Anyone else have this issue?

I honestly haven't had any issues. But I normally don't use that function in my daily routine. I will have to try that and get back to you on that.

@@ronontech I was using the buds to watch a youtube video on my ipad. Tried to turn them off so someone else could watch with me and hear the audio, but had to remove the buds from my ears and put them in the case before the audio would return to the ipad speakers. The tap and hold only pauses the video entirely. Maybe that’s what it’s supposed to do, but pretty annoying. I love the comfort and sound on these, but hate the touch controls. I was an early adopter of the open ear style of buds, with the Bose OpenSport, which has a physical button. They were a flop that Bose quickly discontinued, but I love mine except they are really too big on my ears and start to hurt after a while. That’s why decided to try to Tozo’s.

Nice review, I'm wondering how they stack up against Truefree 01, it's another budget open ear earbud. It would be interesting to do a short video to do a follow up on reviews like 1 month or 2 months later for example. I used to love the Truefree 01, price/quality until the right earphone stopped working properly, just shy of 1 month, I got refunded. I read some reviewers that had the same issue around the amount of time after they bought it. That's why a short review video would be interesting so we can know those that aren't reliable and stops working after a while. Anyways good video keep on the good work 💪.

I have the two of them and the Tozo are way better in sound and connection stability. I've never got to connect my truefree to my watch and audio was cutting off with my phone. With tozo everything works great 👌

You must be trolling or dont know how frequency responses are tested. Kinda hard to test something thats sole purpose is to not create a full seal😂 Theres a reason why reviewers don’t test semi open or open earbuds/iems for frequency response

Mine broke during first run. Good sound. Fit not very secure

@@ronontech no way, will return. I don't think they were defective, just CRAP. Sweat was making the touch panels go nuts and the one side died 7km into a 10km run. I did bite the bullet and get a pair of Tozo Openfit and did one 6km run and so far so good! Better sound than Shokz Open Run Pro but no multipoint and awareness not as good. I have done 5 hrs in the SORP before so it is early days for Openfit so not sure about comfort yet

Tozo Open real broke after 1 week of running use. Switched off on the run, buttons not working properly stuck on skipping tracks... I've used1 pair of Shokz OpenRun Pro for more than 2 years withiut issues but I had one pair of those break I'm 6 months because I dropped them a few times...

I disagree with “good weak” as a conclusion based on what Ron said and on my experience. Bass is startlingly good, especially for the form factor as Ron said. I legitimately cannot believe the Bass depth and fullness considering there is no ear seal. But is it comparable to anything made by Beats or most “In-ear models”? No. Anyway good luck!
