Tozo airbuds are absolute trash. Didn't work for a month

Nice one. My left earbud was slightly muted, playing a lot quieter than my right earbud. Tried unpairing and pairing but didnt sort it. Doing this reset and holding for 5 secods until red light, fixed it. Paired again and both nice and loud again 👍

I need some help with my earbuds! The right earbud isn’t working and this trick didn’t work, like it can still play music so it works but it cuts out and won’t play unless I mess with it while it’s in my ear, does this happen a lot and are there ways to fix it? Update: The right earbud works now but it stops working when I put it in my ear.

Something weird started to happen with mine out of the blue. I shutdown my laptop without unpairing it, and now each bud shows as a different device in my laptop or android phone. Before I would hear a voice saying "pairing", it would emit a quick beep (as a result of both buds syncing with each other I think), but it does not do that anymore. Hard resetting as shown in the video doesn't work. Any idea of what could that be?

strange, I had the exact same issue and resetting worked for me. Make sure they both flash blue before you do the 5 taps.

Tozo has to pay this guy. I was ready to throw these in the trash.

Mine got put in the washing machine and one won’t work no more and just flashes red and blue but it says head set connected

None of devices can detect them. Also, I don't see any light popping up on ear buds even after tapping for > 5 times.

The sad part is when u reset it will turn the volume down for both of it

Keep watching videos. It has to be for A1 TOZO headphones if is not might not work. I watched like 50 videos and Finally found this one and it totally worked!

This did not work even though I did the instructions right.

These things are so damn annoying, they are so finicky with pairing. What's frustrating is once you actually do get them paired, you would think you'd be done, but you're not done, they will unpair themselves randomly and for no reason, and you can't just click connect again on your phone, you have to forget them entirely put them back in the case, wait, then take them back out of the case and turn your phone on in like a certain order or it won't work. You cannot just press and hold both earbuds and it will start searching and everything works great, no, not at all.
