Oh man! That sucks! I don't wanna tell you what to do, but if I were you, I would cancel that order and get my refund right away. If they don't give it to you, then get it back from your credit card company before it's too late. Because I had that same figure on order with them for a LONG time after it was released, and I never got it from them.

I’ve preordered Aragorn by InArt from them. Because : 1) At that time ,the beginning of the preorders ( January 2023 ) they were the only reseller selling that worldwide . 2) NOBODY was warning against shopping with them ,in fact they were praised on YT. 3) The first time I heard rumors about TW was around June , and at that time they were still the only one reseller offering the Rooted hair . I was told to go to one sixth kit instead ,but 1st it was way too late ,2nd at that time they were offering only the sculpted hair . The offer is suppose to be with Free Worldwide Shipping and I hope they don’t change their tune later . But again ,people started coming openly about their bad experiences with TW around September , I’m pretty much stuck with full payment since January … And InArt delaying the release doesn’t make it better either .

@2NDCBT I'm sure there were plenty of warnings. I just didn't see any of them. Otherwise I would've thought thrice before shopping with TW. Justin is not with TW anymore though. Besides, I didn't buy from Toys Wonderland because I saw Justin's promotions. I bought from them this time because I didn't have any problems with them with my first 2 purchases (which were about 5 years ago). So it's nobody else's fault but my own and TW.

@@2NDCBT I wasn’t watching every single possible YT toy collector a year ago , when I was relevantly new , the biggest channel was recommending them and on top of that they were THE FIRST to put InArt Aragorn for PO . So party Justin is to blame , but so is InArt , they stopped accepting TW orders just this September . If EVERYBODY knew TW were a problem a year ago , companies should have ditched them long ago , not let them trap us .

I didn't know about their problems and I ordered two and a half weeks ago SHF that were in stock. I received a tracking number on November 8th, but to this day when I try to search for the shipment I get a message "the number is not available". should i worry ??🤔

I hate to ruin your day, but yes. You should be worried. Anytime you deal with TW you should be worried because you're taking a huge risk. I'm not saying that you won't get your items, but there is a high probability of that.

We are Jan 17 2024, did you get those action figures at the end? Or you never got them? This is so terrible because I was about to pre-order Anakin Skywalker Hot Toys Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith - 1/6th scale Anakin Skywalker TM Collectible Figure but now I am wondering if it is really worth it because it is out of stock everywhere D:

Funny you should mention that. I thought I made all of my purchases with them through PayPal who have a 180 day refund policy. Meaning that if you don't file a dispute within that time, you're not eligible for a refund. Luckily, alot of my purchases were made with my debit card from my bank. So I reached out to them about 5 months ago and they were able to get me back all of the money that I spent on the Resident Evil 2 Regular Version of Claire Redfield figure and the Resident Evil 2 Classic Version of Claire Redfield.😊 Unfortunately, I can't get a refund for the Hot Toys Delorean vehicle because that purchase was made through PayPal and it's been way over 180 days since I paid.😔 So that order is still open right now with TW. My advice to you is to ABSOLUTELY NOT order that Anakin Skywalker figure from them. You'll be saving yourself alot of pain and money.

I'm really curious to know if anyone who has been in a similar situation to mine with Trash Wasteland. Did you eventually get your orders in the end? Because I haven't heard from a single person who has recently gotten even one of their pre-orders from them.

I wish I had researched this company first, the postage alone is criminal, I assumed (wrongly) that they were a reputable company because of certain KZread channels promoting them .. I spent £250 on Feb 19th for some figures and have received nothing yet, I guess its a lesson learned

Have you ever bought from them before and received your product? I bought from them just once before my latest phantom tracking number order and the first time, there were no issues but that was like 2 years ago.

I’m trying to buy threezero fallout t-60 figure, it’s an old release and I couldn't find it anywhere and it appears that they have it right now in stock, I’m in the Middle East and one of the shipping options appears in the checkout is (HK post) it’s the only one with reasonable price, I tried to contact them but no response, do you recommend go for it?

NOOOOO!! No, no, no, uh-uh. It's possible that your business with them will be fine and painless, but the chances of that actually happening are VERY slim when you're dealing with Trash Wasteland. And if something does go wrong with your transaction, you can't get a refund. They only offer you in store credit and if you're already having trouble communicating with them right now, they most likely won't contact you about that purchase. It's ultimately not worth the risk.

I feel you. I am actually currently in the same situation with you. I preordered soosootoys john lander. This figure is just being released. I am not even sure what will happen. And the other one i bought in stock item, with shipping like that 15 days. But even after 3 weeks, it has not been shipped yet. Its said 'no record on the system' . Im opening a dispute with paypal currently on this one. So yeah.. i am on the same boat. Im not sure what to do either.

Oh man. Well I hope everything works out for you with that. You should be able to get your refund from PayPal right now. Because it sounds like you are still within the 30 day refund policy that they have.

I ordered from TW 73 fugures. In 2 years. 5 were a preorder figures. I recived them all. Standart DHL delivery is one week. 7 figures took much more time then standart, 2-3 months to recieve. But after all they sent all of them...

I'm pretty much at that point right now with them. They sent me UPS tracking info that says they created a shipping label. That was 11 days ago and there hasn't been any activity since.

@@MegaManXtoys I waited a month they didn’t updated the status. That’s when I opened the case. Took pictures of email I send and any answers I got. Then they responded through PayPal and expedited shipping UPS. But I recommend it should be the last time you buy it from them. Since I saw they changed their company name in PayPal account they no longer are called Toys Wonderland

My last order with TW took about 6 weeks to be shipped and I had to send them multiple emails. I am not ordering from them anymore. I feel like one day they can go out of business with everyone's money.

Yeah, those are definitely good stores. I also recommend KG Hobby. They're based out of Hong Kong too and have never let me down.

Stuff from them always takes forever to get to you and their communication is some of the worst (which is the case for a lot of Chinese collectible companies in general). Unfortunately, there are some figures which they only get. I would advise not dealing with them. Tell them you will report them to the Better Business Bureau and do so.

My order has not been shipped even after 3 months 😢 it's showing in-stock in their website. No response to multiple mails.

Same thing happened to me. Preordered Star Wars Bad Batch Crosshair. Paid in full, including shipping way back in April. Shows in stock on their site, they don't respond to my emails. I now fear that I've been taken for a ride and that money nor the product will ever come back to me.

Just pre ordered a figure. Other websites have it in stock but TW says pre order still. I didn't think any of it because each time i saw a figure released on other websites TW always had it on pre order for a bit more time. Should i be worried ?

Sideshow has some of the best customer service in the business and get you your orders very quickly, but their rewards program sucks. If you don't use your rewards within a year, they reset them back to zero. Plus their shipping is expensive even if you're not that far from where they're located.

Lol, the annoying thing is, their excuse for giving people inactive tracking numbers (that take weeks to update) is they say it's cheaper to post in batches, so they don't post until they have a full batch ready to go, at which point the tracking number becomes live. I don't know how these prices are possible lol.

They're not possible. The only way they can make their money is to jack up their shipping prices since they're resellers and they have to buy all of those figures themselves. My tracking number never became live once they told me they were going to ship my figure.

That’s crazy. I’ve ordered figures from them with no problems but they were older figures that we’re already in stock. I never thought it was a good option to preorder from them and I’m glad I never did especially with this video you just made.

Yeah, I've ordered from them when they were still kind of a new company, and I didn't have any problems either. I think what happened is that as their business became more famous and dramatically grew with hundreds or thousands of customers, they can't keep up. Too much demand and not enough supply, but idk. Even that is hard to believe because I've seen their Delorean listed as "in stock" on their website.

I'm worried I ordered 2 figures from them 3 weeks ago paying installments over 12 months and have yet to receive them

I am glad I did not order from them. I just started collecting and almost bought because Justins Collection talks about them a lot. I was also tempted to order some Apextime Ultra Displays from Pop Collectibles but both seem too good to be true with pricing.

I am currently having the same experience of the 2nd story. I have ordered from them for years and have had a good experience buying from them until now. I am waiting on the Hot Toys Chrome Mando figure which released in April/May time and got fed up of waiting so I bought it from Sideshow (which I now obviously have) and I'll sell the one I get from TW if that ever happens. Shortly after Mando's official release I started hearing the negatives of TW and thought ok I'll make this my last order with them, luckily I haven't made anymore orders with them. Then this happens so I'm too late. In my emails to them I complained that they failed to fulfill my order in time and because of this, on this occasion, regardless of their policy I would like to have a full refund. They of course declined with the offer of store credit or a delayed 1-2 month window which then changed for the following 1-2 months in another email, even though now their website shows they have it in stock. Could they be reported to someone for investigation like the Hong Kong Police or could Paypal do anything about it?

I have had massive issues with Toys Wonderland. I paid for a new Black Panther released this year (paid in full) and I am yet to receive, yet it is available everywhere. Yet if I cancel I loose my money and have to buy again. Another occasion I received the wrong figure, return at my cost. And twice now I have paid for DHL air freight but received after 6 weeks Road freight. I just want my Black Panther and I’ll never deal with them again!

I payed for a doc oc from them since September 11th and have yet to see it. I’ve messaged them and waited a week for a robotic reply with no help.

They've usually been pretty good at replying to all of my emails. The most I've had to wait for a response from them was about a week. If they would do their jobs the way they answer emails, I'd had all of my orders months ago. Though I have heard other people struggling with responses from them.

I hear ya. Sideshow is alright. They have some of the best customer service that I've ever seen, resolve issues quickly, and ship items quickly too. They have expensive shipping compared to other retailers, and your rewards points get reset to 0 if you don't use them within a certain amount of time which is pretty stupid. But they're still waaaay better than Toys Wonderland.

The resetting of reward points actually isn't stupid. Its an incentive for you to buy more items from them within a set time frame. Pretty smart actually. Its basically a gift with strings. Then they'll have you register for their events, watch their streams to get even more points. Their CS is probably one of the best in the biz imo@@MegaManXtoys

@@MegaManXtoys I heard the same, but I order Darth Maul solo version, I was in Mexico this spring break, the have a fed ex express app that give you daily updates on delivery, once it ships from China, the wait is more a Fed Ex, but mine arrived safely. It took about two weeks, but I got it safe. I only go to them when Sideshow is sold out. So I plan on getting 501st deluxe clone , it's sold out here, unless you go to Ebay.... I not sure to buy on Ebay or there quality is in good shape. By pop collectibles, they are new in the 📦

They were in partnership with Justin's collection so I would never have purchased from them I trust that man as far as I could comfortably spit a rat! Maybe you should ask him to sort it out as he was constantly recommending them!!

Did you call your credit card company to make sure? Most cc companies have a 6 month from intended delivery, NOT when you purchased. I'd doublecheck.

@@MegaManXtoys Happy to hear that. It's one of the major reasons I don't use paypal anymore. Most of these figures are preordered more than 6 months out, so it's safer to use a credit card. I'm glad some of it worked out for you...your video will be super useful for collectors that might not know any better, and end up ordering from TW. They need to be shut down tbh.

@numbone Well, it all depends on the card and company. In my case, it was better that I did use my debit card rather than my credit card because my credit card is the one with the 180 day policy. Then I would've been really screwed.

Interesting. I think pop collectables may he a side business for them. I placed an order with pop for first batch batman. Pa9d the 100 bucks for FedEx shipping. Was promised it would ship in 2 business days. Arive 3 business after that. They kept feeding me bs about the holidays. Then i ser figures come out and arrive at some reviewers house and mine still sits. I asked again. They said because of the size of my box mine is taking longer. I blasted them out on Facebook. Threatening to dispute it. Then they said 9t shipped. Its been 3 days and the shipping info hasnt updated. They said thats normal ot takes a bit in china. Avoid pop to

I've never shopped or bought from Pop Collectibles, so your guess is as good as mine as to whether they're the same people. Aw man! That sucks about what happened to you. I have heard that some of their customers get quite a lot of delayed shipping, but I haven't heard of anyone never getting their orders from them like Toys Wonderland would do. So hopefully you get your figure soon.

That's wild. I've purchased from private sellers from HK. The HK post shipping has never been more than $95. And I get the items within two weeks. I've had reservations about ordering from TW. This video kinda vindicates my feelings.

Well jacking WAAY up their prices for shipping is the only way they can make their money. Since they're not official retailers for 1/6 scale products, but they're re-sellers. So they have to buy all of their products with their own pocket money.

I'm having a similar situation with POP COLLECTIBLES who is also touted by youtubers. Mega Man X, so sorry to hear about your situation. So far I've fully paid for my figure and my shipping. I'm still requesting for a specific date of when it will be shipped. They cannot give me any straight answers it's like pulling teeth with them and they give me just little pieces of information that lead to follow-up questions but it takes them a day or two to get back to me with another little piece of information that doesn't completely answer my question. That's all I'll say for now and I will report back when this all blows over. I'm hoping that I'll have some good news and that they don't force my hand to do what I am reluctant to do and that is to expose them, if that happens to be the case. I am a first-time customer and I will give them the benefit of the doubt for now, but my patience is running very, very thin.

Thanks for your sympathy. I've never shopped with Pop Collectibles. So I can't say anything personally about them, but I have heard alot of youtubers praise them like you said. I do know of one customer who bought a Hot Toys Captain America figure from them some years ago, and it took a long while for him to get it. He was getting irritated and impatient until he got his figure eventually in the end. But that's hearsay, idk if what happened to that customer is true or not.

Regardless of who they are. It was always going to cost more buying from a 3rd party

Not necessarily. I always shop with KG Hobby and Onesixthkit.com. They're both based out of Hong Kong and they both charge decent prices for their products. I've bought alot of things from them and none of them have let me down. Onesixthkit is 3rd party for sure and they have free shipping.

Geez… unreal. Toy Wonderland is just not a real company. Our prices are way cheaper than that and we get the same product. HK flippers are just that.

No doubt they're having problems, but they should be well equipped to handle such problems. Like I said in the video, they shipped one of my figures but the tracking number never updated and I never got it. Idk if it got lost in the mail or if they even dropped it off with the shipping service.

They are the worst place you can purchase from. I have 3 figures that I'm still waiting on. It's been 6 months since I last heard from them. I sent them multiple emails, still nothing. Even Justin from Justin's collection reached out to them about my orders, and now they are ghosting him. I had issues with them before, but now they are not sending my last orders with them. Do not shop there at any cost, they are crooks it's not worth the headache.

@@OneSixth_Syndicate Honestly, even if they did get back to you everyday and in a timely manner, they would've still given you the run around by responding with nothing but excuses and false promises like they did with me. Such as "There were logistical issues with your orders, Sorry for the delay, We will monitor the situation closely, We strive to send you your orders with little delay as possible." Then they would've given you a million false dates of when you're orders would arrive in their warehouse.

@@OneSixth_Syndicate If I were you I would just cancel your orders and demand your refund from them right now. Because after 6 months, there is little to no chance that you'll get your orders now. If there is still no response or they tell you, "We can only refund you in the form of store credit." File a dispute with your bank if you can.

The issue is when you use their payment plan you're using multiple cards plus it has been more than 6 months. From what I'm hearing they list things on their site that they don't have on hand. They are left scrambling trying to find those items. It's just terrible practice @@MegaManXtoys

Toys wonderland after a year canceled the Saturn toys batman robin. to this day they still owe me 50 usd in store credit they wont apply since it wasn't one time usage and i had to order 3 items to replace the value lost by this blatant act. BTW-0 they still owe me a jaxxon cape.. over 1 year ordered.. TW has used his good name as crooked as Toys Wonderland has used Mars toys. TW has grifted over $600 usd from me over the last year. Also a few hundred lost "hiding" as Toys Santorum . BTw SSR will be the next to sanction TW. beware.. .

They are the worst but not because of what you are saying. international shipping is not cheap. The issue with them is, will you ever see your product? The answer is not likely.

$350 for shipping?! Are you kidding me?! Sure, International shipping is not cheap, but they're charging people over $1,000 for a Delorean when that's not even close to retail price. I haven't seen any other Hong Kong online stores sell it for that much! Plus, they shouldn't charge us to pay it a whole 2-3 months BEFORE they actually ship it! They should charge us the shipping right when they're ready to ship! Things like that are unacceptable and shouldn't happen at all.

Visa gave me a refund for an eBay scam on a Hot Toy after a 8 months of waiting so I would say look into that if I were you.

Thanks for the advice, but I made my purchases through my PayPal Mastercard and they have a stupid policy where you can only be refunded within a 30 day period of a purchase.

@@MegaManXtoys that sucks. I hope you can get the toys then. So glad I have never bought from Toysblunderland How are they still a business? They have to be feeling it now with so many negative videos and losing their biggest supporter. Lying about having items then forcing customers to keep buying from them is terrible. The laughing stock of the toy community.

@@luckyjhagra6020 That pretty much sums it up. I'm sure that they're definitely feeling the well deserved heat right now. They recently posted an announcement on Facebook I think, explaining pretty much what I already knew. That they couldn't keep up with the demand and expansion of their company. They're going to hire more staff, get bots to answer customers' emails that have gone unanswered in the past, and put a new customer service phone # that people can call. But honestly, at this point it's waaaay too late for them to try to redeem themselves in anyone's eyes. I'd be surprised if even the most forgiving person would give them a another chance.
