I'm pretty average in sim racing and I can do 6:15 on a GT3. This GT500 should be able to do 5:30s, so you are about a minute off pace. Just analyze your driving, you are braking 100%, locking your wheels, not trail braking, not using the full track, you are abusing traction control as your throttle application is too agresive and you are not turning the car enough before applying throttle. Your lines are super bad as a result of all of that, you probably lost 1 second only in the first 5 turns, it takes no genius to figure that out. By the way, this is not the nurburgring, it is only the nordschleife.
