My a/c display light fo all the different adjustment modes or settings blink on and off when I hit a bump or sometimes just don't come on at all at night when the headlights are on. Any comments? Thank you for your 🎥 👍

Ok we own a 2012 sienna I added a can of r134 after doing so the compressor stopped working … prior to me adding the can it was working but wasn’t blowing it very cold kinda musky ?? Now it doesn’t blow any cold air out … my wife told me the ac does work at times but than stops blowing cold air …. What could this be ? I did notice the clutch would engage for a few seconds than disengage … could this relay be the issue ??

Which relay is for the heater and power windows?

Looks pretty similar to our 2011 Sienna so my question is what if the AC in the back vents don't work only the front could it also be a fuse issue?

Excellent. I currently have an issue in that when I press the up or down arrows for the fan, nothing is shown on the screen and the fan doesn't go up or down. When I press the ac button nothing happens and the screen doesn't show anything either. What could be the issue? Thx

07 sienna no power to the climate control panel. Checked just about every fuses and most relay and no luck. Anyone have any idea what it could be?

I don't even have a relay in that spot in my car, but my AC light will blink but then when I press the AC button to have it stay on it operates fine.

Can you show us how to remove the relay integration? Is it true I disconnect the negative battery terminal for 90 seconds before removing integration relay?

What if you have this car but you don’t have a relay in that spot. Got it back from the collision center and the rear AC is no working.

Yours they use the direct link, so when the compressor is bad it turns off the entire A. C even the controls but the dash lights will still come on at night even on the A. C controller panel but you won’t be able to use them till the system gets signal from a good working compressor that there is good flow, the compressor has a little magnetic sensor that will send signal to your A.C panel to power on so your lovely fingers can control them. But if no flow signal from compressor you will think something is fried in the wiring but it’s just a dead a** compressor. Will make a video to add on this buddy of ours video. Thanks to him and another guy I put their info together and fixed mine.

Hey sent my 2012 to the mechanic and they can’t figure out what is wrong with the A/C. When they hook it up to their tester it blows ice cold but in reality it does not. They had my car for a week and didn’t want to keep it any longer. Any ideas? Originally it was at 1.57 so they put Freon in. But it didn’t fix it. Occasionally in the winter it will make a high pitch squealing noise when the air comes on- not sure if that is related. Haven’t had A/C all summer.

The AC compressor must have died. If you put a higher voltage than normal it might start it, but that’s just for Testing not practical for long time use. The grouling grinding noise is the bearing in the clutch bearing when it engages. When it disengages the sound is normal like nothing is wrong. When engages the bad noise returns. Till one days it says , screw you, you are overusing my mercy.and then throws its hands on you and gives up.

Thanks for the video, I have the same issue with my 2011 Sienna, do you think 2011 also has same fuses. My compressor was not engaging and now the whole climate control is not working. I tried to replace the climate control with the new one but still all buttons are not working. heat, cold, fan and whole climate control panel. Any recommendations are welcome. Thank You.

Well he shows a 2012 sienna and I have a 2011 sienna as well I don’t have a relay in the spot that he showed, Nor do I have a 7 1/2 amp fuse in the same location that he showed. I installed a new AC clutch put it back together it works for one day I replace the clutch because the evening before the material in between the clutch amount and the outer housing had deteriorated and burned but the air-conditioning was working ice cold the day prior

So my dad and I checked and we realized the van was sold to us without the relay 😂 🤦‍♂️

There are 2 fans on the 2015 Toyota Sienna. The big one sometimes does not come on. If I give it a slight tap, it starts working. Could this be just the relay?

If the fan comes on after you tap the fan, then its likely that the fan motor is failing

Mostly correct info, but swapping those 2 relays won't tell you anything, I'm pretty sure the pinouts are opposite, so coil and load are switched. I could be wrong, but I'm fairly confident.

I have a 2011 Sienna. Had afternoon when my a/c compressor wouldn’t start. Mechanic said he’s seen a lot of the Toyota a/c clutch relays which start to not work on occasion, so suggested trying new clutch relay to see if problem continues. After ordering new relay, found I have no relay in position 14 in the under hood fuse box. Turns out “early” 2011 Siennas have different a/c clutch set up.(Got my car in June of 2010. Toyota ran my VIN number to discover why I have no relay in position 14. Problem is - no one including 2 dealerships can tell me where the relay is. Does anyone know the answer?

@@steverosales9698 mine ended up being low on refrigerant. Initially I used a cheap gauge that showed I was full. Then I rented a professional one and I was super low.

yes, I CANNOT FIND 2011 SIENNA'S AC RELAY, just has fusible liik. Who knows? This problem's solution maybe to change relay integration?
