Toyota Sienna 2011-2019 - Fix Repair - Rear Seat - Won’t Lower Into The Store Position
This video is a fix or repair for a Toyota sienna rear seat, where either the headrest will not fold down through the use of the handle, or if rear seat will not release and fold down into the storage position. It is because the handle internals are broken. This video will provide a solution that does not require you to replace the factory part but you will lose limited functionalities explained in the video.

Excellent video with a simple fix. My daughter had the same problem with her Sienna. She brought the car in for routine service with a local shop and asked them to look at it. She got a call saying it would cost over $320 including labor and the part from Toyota. I used your Amazon link and replaced it myself in 15 minutes for $28. Thanks.

Joe O above (see comment) had same issue. The cable is definitely “in there”. You have to reach all around, up down left or right. There are certainly two cables ….
