Torque Settings :
Timing belt tensioner roller - 35NM (10mm allen bolt)
Timing belt tensioner - 13NM (2x10mm bolts)
Timing belt cover bolts - 6NM

Another great vid, thanks for the clutch one too. I'm going to do the water pump and auxiliary belt and pulleys at the same time, according to the workshop manual its quite involved!

Other people said that timing belt must be replaced together with the tensioner idler and tensioner adjustor. How true is it sir?
Great video, curois why you had it at 90k, cause i also have a 2kd ftv europeean spec, and ussualy they all at 150k TB service
