What does the yellow triangle mean? Sometimes it comes on and stays on for a little while. And other times it doesn't come on 🤷

Have ever cleaned your intake manifold, it gets clogged over time and can trigger lights on the dash. I owned a toyota prius in the past, it is important to clean the intake manifold and the gasket that fits inside the intake manifold. This is make your car accelerate much, much better and fuel economy restores. I am pretty sure Estima's intake manifold require cleaning every 80 thousand kilometers. U most likely know about this, but i am putting it out there for everyone.

J have removed it and checked it and it was clean. No gunk or any other shmuts.

You said that the battery cell goes bad because of over heat and bad ventilation? Can you please explain bit more on that. Thanks

If you look at Prius videos regarding battery they need to be vented and vents must be clean. When batteries getting charged they produce hear and bed ventilation will kill batteries quicker. I read on Russian forums lots of info and watched few videos in Russian that mainly top section on estima and Alphard do go out and these cells are from the middle where lots of heat is generated. On one forum I read that one guy made extra vent points. It is overtime when batteries go bad not overnight.

Hi, Thanks for making these useful videos. I saw some videos on cleaning Toyota prius hybrid battery fan and ventilation and that prevented the overheating problems and the warning sign went. Is there anyway we can clean the estima hybrid fan . If possible can you please make a video. Thanks again

mr Haq2 thanks for watching my videos. Im waiting for one guy to reply if he has one good cell because on my hv battery one cell is bad. When i will be replacing it i will go with all process and will be cleaning cooling system too😁🤛👍.

Hi, I did a test with Dr prius when my estima engine sign came up with obd2 connection. It said test cannot be done the inverter is too hot. Can you please explain that if you know. Does that mean the inverter is bad. It also make that electric sound when I realise the break paddle. Thanks

@@mdzayd4970 im not an expert but my guess will be either your inverter cooling pump packed up. Check on youtube how to check prius inverter cooling pump. Should be very similar. I would not drive a car until sorted. Pump may cost you £100 new where used inverter £400 and up.

I am trying to take the dash off to replace the speedometer as it is in KM while I need it in MP but there are 3 steel type rings how do I release them please?

It has nickel metal hydride battery.

hi did the sliding doors also stop working ...my estima 2010 also suddenly showed check engine and yellow triangle and sliding doors stopped working .?? how can i fix it ?

Hi, No my cars sliding doors works fine. Could you give me more info. Could be that you switched off with a button.

Hi. Yes, I did find a solution and fixed it. Top High voltage hybrid battery some cells needed replacement. Usually top part goes first at around 250000 km. The bottom part lasts up to 500000km.

mohammad khan problem is HIGH VOLTAGE (HV) battery. At about 250k km top HV battery. Middle cells get degraded. Because mine has 187000 km I disassembled top HV battery and swapped cells from the middle to outside so that way I will extend the life of the HV battery and cells. So I have done all the necessary change and now the car has no issues what so ever. It is early to celebrate it need to run for longer distance. But I am positive that this car will have another 100000 km without any HV battery issues.

Yes. It was high voltage hybrid battery. Had to swap 2 cells and this is it.

As i remember, not. Maybe a bit. These toyota engines are notorious for oil burning.

I have the same problem with my Estima hybrid. I got mine recondition for £1000 with UK hybrid automation, the problem came again after 10 months which I've done 8,000 mileage

On estima UK forum one guy bought brand new battery pack from Toyota for £2100 or something. So to me reconditioning doesn't make sense.

Victor Caraman only by changing whole unit. All jdm( Japanese domestic market) cars like 7/8 seaters with integrated audio units are only in Japanese. Toyota estima has advantage because you can change facia and fit aftermarket android unit.
