The wheel offset is due to lowering the car with a std panhard rod. you can get adjustable panhard rod to re-center the wheels.

Car looks cool but instead of keep buying more parts and adding them you should fix the rust first cause all you going to do is make the rust flow its way to your new parts and then save parts of your car before you loose panel pieces due to rust getting worse beyond save.
