Is that brown connector next to the engine coolant temperature (ECT) sensor and attached to the incoming coolant line? I broke my ECT female connector and the both the sensor and the connector next to it looked busted up and in need of replacement. I just have to figure out exactly what it is first.

Thank you,a shop just tried to up sell me this switch for $250,gonna try and clean mine first,if not i can still save $150 replacing it myself.

Does anybody know where I can obtain one of these discontinued Thermo Time Switches #89462-20010? When I tested mine there were no ohms in cold or hot water. There seems to be available ones for TURBO #89462-30011; does anyone know IF that will work on a 22RE 1988 2.4L 4x4 pickup? IF not, does anyone know if this can be bypassed?

Hey bro Can you please help me my sensors don't have the connectors so I made connectors but the thing is I dint know the colour code of each sensor there are 2 green wires but one has 2 Brown stripes next to each other every inch or so and the other green wire has 1 single Brown stripe every inch so was wondering if you could look at your and tell me the colours and what sensor it belongs to please thanks

The last 5 digits on my sensor is 20010 all I can find is 20020-20040 I wonder if any of those will work.

si te refieres al de frente de motor, ese sensor detecta la temperatura del coolant y determina si el motor necesita activar el cold start injector

I’m hoping someone can help me out. My truck has a brand new fuel pump and it will run with starting fluid or pouring gas down the intake. It will crank forever but want start.

Did you check that the fuel is making it all the way to the front? These trucks have fuel pump cables sticking out by the rear passenger side wheel well. Make sure nothing is damage. Check injectors are working properly. There's a lot of stuff you have to check

Xavier Sepulveda whenever I loosen the bolt on the injector gas sprays out. But when I took the injector out it doesn’t spray gas. I just cleaned it as well.

@@jakhebsallee5027 fuel is reaching the front but the injectors are not working? Check all relays and fuses related to the injectors.

my truck have an issue has aways flooded the cold start and have to wait 20-25 minutes before it can start again do you have any idea

Hola Xavier Tengo un celica 90 el cold inyector no recibe electricidad no se si es algun problema de fusible o un cable roto Y otro el fan de el radiador esta directo en frio y caliente ,siempre esta trabajando desconecto el sensor de taperatuta y no para le desconecto el relay y si para no se que puede ser Gracias por tu ayuda

the sensor that gives the signal to the injector, you said you were gonna leave a link, but I found that out and I tested it. It is Ok. My problem is no electrical signal to the cold starting injector. Could it still be the sensor..?? or the relay..?? where's the relay..?? Is not in the engine fuse box.. is it inside the pick up by the hand brake..?? I'm gonna try to find a manual. Please help if you can... Thanks.

Mine started leaking after removing to clean.. now it leaks on to my engine bay

si prende anda corriendo pero aveces cuando la parkeo tarda en encender y tira umo negro

suena como que tiene gasolina de mas. verifica que la linea de retorna de gasolina no esta tapada
