Dude I’ve just discovered your channel and had to sit and watch all the videos in one sitting. Totally awesome images. Being predominantly a landscape and wildlife photographer I’ve had to go out and buy some figures and crackling balls but I’m looking forward to having a go. I know you said on one of your videos you don’t know what settings you use on your camera, so do you just use portrait or landscape mode and let the camera do the rest? Keep it up I want to see more

Nice use of the Canon T6 and kit lens. Thank you for showing the world that you do not need a Canon 5D mark IV just to take awesome photos. When I get asked photography questions and where to start. I always say. Buy the Canon T6i or T7i. But if you can't afford it. Then get the T6 Kit that comes with the 18-55 and the 70-300 and camera bag.

Schardt Cinematic Productions thanks man! Yeah it’s a great camera! It does exactly what I want it to do 😆 that’s the exact kit that I have! The fireworks are right off exit 291 on 81! Not sure how close that is to you 😅 but honestly, anywhere near a state border has lots of fireworks in PA!

@@sirdork730 That's cool man. My first Canon was the T3i. I gave that to my daughter. I now shoot with a Canon 80D and a 5D mark III. I have upgraded. But the 80D is my T3i's Spiritual successor. Still a crop frame and is actually 2 more megapixels than the 5D mark III. I live in York, Pa so I'm not far from 83 or 81. 81 is just above Harrisburg.

@@sirdork730 I don't know if you have ever heard of the Abandoned Pa Turnpike near Breezewood, Pa. But that would be a really cool place to do some of your Toy Photography. I am heading there tomorrow. I do have a video of it from when I was there in March 2013. If you would want to see what it's like.

Does the fireworks do any damage to your action figures? What type of fireworks do you recommend before you use them for your photo shoot and should you use old worn out figures before new ones?

They can damage your figures but as long as your careful, they’ll be just fine 😌 I’d recommend using crackling balls for your toy pics! They’re perfect for it 👌🏻

I wish I had those! BTW I subbed! I am just starting out with Toy Photography, and am wondering where you can find Star Wars figures for cheap. Thanks!

hi jared, i see you take pics of your toys ( its great fun to do ) but why dont you use a remote to take your pics. i just stand back after i focus and press the wireless remote. they are really cheap and i must say they do last as one of mine has gone through the washing machine three times now and still works like a champ. i have been trying to get hold of fireworks for a while now but not that easy in the uk

I do minor photoshop on most photos to remove wires and to enhance colors. On occasion I’ll combine photos to get the best explosion effect too. But you can get away with doing no photoshop and still have beautiful photos!
