In hero showdown, each time you win a round, the characters you win with will be locked for the rest of the match, so you have to pick another character after each win

The slurs was something more secondary. I generally don't have a problem with that either, but if someone is trying to ruin someone elses 1v1, that is already something I'm not a fan of. But if the player then decides to run away for the entire match and hide, after he got himself involved in the fight, and then does the same thing again when the other player returns to his 1v1, I start losing my respect for that player.

I generally don't mind duelling viewers, but I stopped accepting duel requests I while ago for many reasons. However I sometimes make exceptions or duel people during live streams (which I plan to start doing again).

lol, you didn't quite catch it did you? I literally said "I never said I'm not toxic, but if I am, there is usually a good reason for it". And yes, ofc he can play how he wants, but if you see someone do 1v1, then decide to interrupt that 1v1, just to run away and hide somewhere(effectevly wasting the other players' time and ruining the fun for all the others involved), and than, when the other player returns back to keep 1v1ing his original opponent, you decide to come back, just to interupt again, if that's not a good reason to get annoyed then idk. I mean he knowingly and willingly chose to be a scumbag. If you don't want to 1v1, just say it in the chat and fight like a normal person and don't run away for the entire game and come back when the opponent starts fighting the other guy again.
