Life me aur career me bahut peeche kheechna chaha par usi beech maine meditation start kiya aur ekdum se aisa laga jaise sote se jaag gayi.meri shaandar personality ke baad bhi mere ander hamesha guilt bharta tha.jo meditation se naa judi hoti toh usne mujhe itni low vibration me daala ki mai suicide hi kar chuki hoti.baad me saalo baad pata chala ki vaha narsistic personality wala insaan hai.
