I tried this out but couldn't find any perfect loops in my grid like you have shown here. Kept building out and around and no luck. Any advice?

Never mind, I was just getting remarkably unlucky in the directions I was building. Took about 25 minutes but finally found one.

Yes! You will have to explore your grid to find them. They are far and few in-between! As a shortcut I expand the grid as far as I can go and keep expanding until I find it. Found 1 perfect "Circle" built that then propeller Found oval, built that then propeller rlly easy just create new levels then rinse and repeat if you don't find any

I am so frustrated .. I have spent WAY too much time searching my grid... there is not ONE spot that will make a perfect loop for a flying platform.. I purchased my game only a few days ago.. was this feature not included? I notice my grid looks nothing like your grid in several areas.... perplexed... : ( Even your command bar is different ... Edit... Went back into my game... My grid has no circle in the middle .. totally different grid.. wanted to double and triple check before I commented.

You may have to update the game. When the update came out. My steam was not set to auto update. So I had to manually update it. Sorry for the late response 😅

Just had the same experience, have spent actual hours searching so I can just get this final achievement but nay, such a finicky mechanic and it def turned me off the game quickly

You just have to keep searching! I had a really hard time on pc (I think because the grid is larger compared to mobile). So I started saving my codes on google drive. I'm playing on switch right now and my place where i can build is very limited but i saw Videos from people that More place. Do you now what the did ?Or i did Wrong? Edit:also i can't build tall buildings

Honestly, I can only assume that the game is bugged. I am only on mobile and PC so I don't have any experience with a Switch grid. I would assume that you have more to work with on Switch versus mobile, but idk. PC gets buggy at times (especially when I am editing game files) and my solution is always to just restart Townscaper. If that does not work, (and forgive me because I know there has not been any for a while) I would check to see if it is updated. I'm not sure if Switch auto updates or if you have to manually install via system prompt, however, that would be my next step. My last resort would be re-install but idk if that will actually fix the problem. If you have tried all of this and it does not work, I would suggest reporting this bug.

how maintain roofs no flat

When ever the roof is flat or turns to cobblestone, you want to make sure you add from the center of that surface. Start in the middle and work your way out. It will eventually turn back to roof/shingles. But it takes some manipulating. If you need more help let me know I will help you out.

Links below Some of my advice to you would be to keep scrolling or expanding until you find the circle. If you have found the circle and it still won't float a couple of things could have happened: Note that not all circles will be perfect. Last night I found a perfect example of a shape that had many round edges and it still floated. It was about 10 to 13 blocks wide. But it was not a circle. You may have found the circle but there is/are edge blocks that are expanding the base making it technically not round. Sometimes I have to open a previous file from the library and then reopen the current file. Closing and reopening the current file should cause the propellers to show up if the base is round. If you are recording while building this could also be a problem. If there are a lot of blocks, sometimes the game lags especially when recording. I usually turn the recording software off to give the ram sometime to catch up. Here is a link to a video I uploaded a few days ago. It contains a clipboard code for a really large circle.
