There should be a layer below the first one which is just sand. Then you could have a nice beach.

yeah! terraforming in general would be really cool. i'd love making grassy hills with houses on the side and a castle on top

Sadly, this game is apparently never getting any new features.

If you alternate red and white till the top of the lighthouse it creates an ACTUAL lighthouse top with like windows all around

First .. your townscapes are AWESOME ! I just got the "game" today and have been playing with it and watching videos of builds all day... I do have a question / comment.. In ALL the videos I have watched so far.. and there have been A LOT.. I have not seen ONE person use the observatory topper/roof on any builds ... wondering why .. ? It's one of my favorites.. Esp when I want to make a lighthouse ... but never see anyone else use it... : [

I believe the light house topper you are referring to was added later (nov. 2020) so these earlier builds don't have them

it'll be amazing if they'll add some people living there. I really love this game, but it's a bit sad when u have finish your town... wish there were people that just walk round :((

yea i remember people asking for this when the game launched. Although, i believe there is a mod that lets you walk around your town in first person. i think thats the closest we will get.

watching this makes me wish for the ability to "shift click" fill an area.

I just brainstorm a bit while im doing other things, focusing on a sort of theme. Then once i feel i have a good one, ill hop on a map and just start randomly building stuff. Once i get a good feel, i record a build in one attempt. Thats about it!
