Just upgraded my town hall to level 12 and my blacksmith is already upgrading along with lab etc. If ur like me and u have 6 hero equipments at max level already and ur near the ore limit, blacksmith is definitely one of the top priorities too i think, because th12 unlocks 3 extra equipment levels to upgrade, so u can spend ur ores on ur maxed equipment first

Use bowigo 11 witches 11 bowlers and 2 golems spread in a line and use log launcher and bring 2 furies and 2 heals when log launcher cracks inmediately put heal and rage

Use 4 bat spells, 5 freeze spells, 1 rage and 2 bat spells from cc. Also, switch 1 Golem for 2 ice golens, remove 1 witch and bowler for 8 wallbreakers and 1 wizard. I used this strat as a th 11 to 3 stars th 12 in Wars. Its easy and extremely strong
