Culture manager, plenipotentiary of the director of TR Warszawa, Natalia Dzieduszycka, for the development of the organization. She is responsible for implementing the TR Online project and initiating the cooperation between TR Warszawa and art house cinemas all over Poland, the first such cooperation between a Warsaw-based art theater and cinemas in the whole country. At TR Warszawa she is responsible for implementing a new organizational model in the area of audience development and administration, based on the mission, vision, goals and values of TR Warszawa. Her area will also include working to create a sustainable network of relationships with donors and patrons focused around the theater, also in the context of TR Warszawa's new headquarters on Parade Square.
