Muy Bonita la casa , en cuanto empiecen a construir a los lados se acabo la exclusividad y la tranquilidad de los 5 millones de euros que cuesta.
Кругом стеклянная стены, допустим зима, температура минус от - 10 до - 20 ти, а то и больше до минус -30 - до - 40 ка градусов холода, таком случае как согревается дом. Или стекло стены не пропустить холод. Хочу знать, можно ли будет строить такие красивые дома в холодном Северном Полюсе. Надеюсь вы мне поймёте, прошу ответить.

La casa espectacular, el lugar muy bonito, pero es una zona donde se concentran casi todas las mafias del mundo, con los problemas de inseguridad que esto trae, no lo recomendaría.
Die Kleine TV Ecke, den als Wohnzimmer kann man es nicht nennen ist ein Witz. Einen Fernseher unter die Decke zu knallen auf ein "Deko Kamin"...Die Unfähigkeit der Architekten in Marbella ein normales Wohnzimmer zu gestalten schreckt vor einem Kauf ab. Dazu gehören auch doppelte Decken ( auch wenn hier nicht der Fall) und kein Eingangsflur. Im Schlafzimmer auch immer wieder die selbe Abartigkeit, warum setzt man das Bett jedesmal Richtung Balkon anstatt Richtung Wand wo einTv steht...

Kenne niemanden, der sich ins Bett legt und Stunden lang in die Dunkelheit schaut aber kenne etliche, die sich ins Bett legen und TV schauen...

Und welcher "Experte" Kamm eigentlich auf die Idee die Fernseher immer unter die Decke zu knallen? Ist das für Giraffen gemacht,? Das sind nämlich die einzigen Geschöpfe auf diesem Planeten wo die Höhe angebracht wäre. Ein Mensch kriegt da spätestens nach einer Stunde Halzschmerzen

Ich stimme Ihnen nicht zu, In Spanien leben wir meistens draußen, wir verbringen keine Stunden drinnen vor dem Fernseher. mehr, wenn dies Ihr Ferienhaus ist. Der Fokus liegt auf der Außenseite und dem Aufwachen mit der schönen Aussicht und der Natur. Wenn Sie es bereits wissen, können Sie TVs mit einer drehbaren Halterung an die Wand hängen, sodass Sie auf Wunsch von Ihrem Bett aus fernsehen können.
