@@thebabbler8867 Facts, however his biggest vice is getting sidetracked super frequently whereas Enes gets straight to the point and gives us a clear layout of the house all whilst highlighting important details along the way. Plus the non bougie feel to Enes Yilmazers videos coupled with the genuine "bro" chemistry with Mikey makes it all the more enjoyable.

Aliya is the best in Africa, but no one in Africa is detailed with their tours. Just fancy words to upsell instead of actual knowledge of material origins and style genres. Enes Yilmazer isn't better than Producer Michael in America but they are both top 3 in America. Producer Michael sticks to LA Mansions. Peter J Ancona is the best in Miami/condos. No other market has the same luxury condo/penthouses beachfront mansions as Miami, and he shows them. Architectual Digest is great as well. Ryan Serant seems like he just follows up what others already did and not that informed on the actual materials. That other guy caleb who asks strangers to see their places along with Architectural Digest show NYC better and more fully.

Im blown away😩🔥 South Africa is number one when it comes to architecture in Africa!

The view from the 007 room is phenomenal...I cannot imagine being in a place like that and experiencing God's handiwork and man's handiwork combined together.

The open lawn on the 2nd floor did it for me. It adds such a beautiful pause to appreciate the sea view without feeling trapped on the 2nd floor.

I love the architecture of the place, beautiful. Although I was disappointed by the interior, I imagined the interior would mirror the architecture. Id've assumed you'd get the flushed out, clean look of a late modern to futuristic look. But it's a beautiful house regardless....

Love the house, especially the dance between concrete and wood. Happy to see top of the line Meile in kitchens. Your delivery is enthusiastic, with great voice and tone, the clapping is a bit distracting though. Keep it up, you will do very well in a growing industry

This home is a bit too modern for me...but..if I had the money to get to South Africa n rent it for my husband n myself n our 5 children..18 grands n 18 greats..n a few more...I'd jump at the chance.
