Wonderful video, good directing. You just need to reduce the background music so viewers can hear you more clearly, and also listen to more Property youtubers (both locally and internationally) and see how they interact with the camera and how they describe properties (language, details etc). That's something that should have been done before they put concrete everywhere, it's too late now. They would have break the floor to plant trees and that's a lot of work. If they cared about trees they would have implemented it in their plans.

@@MajorrBison ur right bro, this is poor planning but I guess Nigerian developers do not really care about greenery 🤷🏽‍♂️ It’s similar to every new estate being built here, everywhere concrete, no space for trees or green park, there’s even a park here in the east called “garden park” but it’s 90% concrete and 10% greenery

Nor bi lie oh. Benin city where I live is hugely hot; that I sometimes wonder, whether I'm the only one talking about it. The concrete is just everywhere. Sometimes it gets so hot, that it almost feel you can't even breathe.

@@pathoefeotor8068 bro I am Nigerian and I know what am saying ,when our constructors build houses or even any infrastructure they don't put nature with it,the trees or even flower beds are not included compared to other countries, they just build infrastructures without putting trees and that is just wrong.

It all depends on the site and and situation, if work is still going on at the site there’s a need for that.

Theythey destroy a wonderful project that was supposed to be opened to the public. Plus, that lake should have been a money generating location for fct. But greed and foolishness has brought them to buy house
