My 2015 Dutch Star was in the background of the campground overview. The service center is very nice and the personnel are exceptional. I had several things done at the service center and all were done with care and craftsmanship. Andrew did not address the service itself, but know that when your coach is in the bays it is being worked on continuously. Your tech takes your coach in at 6 am and brings it back to you at 2:00 - 2:30 . He will give you a comprehensive status report on progress and breakdown of pending items. It does not sit there for weeks on end. Many owners schedule their yearly service needs and return every year. The campground itself is very nice with full hook-ups. Nice meeting you Andrew as you were departing to catch your flight...

i would prefer the dishwasher near the counters and sink, looks very inconvienent to have to cross to the bedroom to load and unload. the fisherpaykel is a much better washer than most others on the market except for maybe a bosch.

We own a King Aire, and we are at Hearthside Grove right now. We absolutely love our 2020 coach, and this is our first time at Hearthside Grove, and it is unbelievably beautiful. The grounds are breathtaking.

Soft close should be standard. Kasey seems like the type of guy sit down and have a beer with him. Tell him the good and bad and he’ll give you the answer you need to know that’s a good thing. Also Andrew in all your videos I never see or heard of an option to put two bicycles in the storage under the camper. If somebody doesn’t wanna have a large tow vehicle, there’s gotta be a way to get some bicycle on that camper. Just wondering if any of the big companies have considered that not one bike two bikes.

This guy is really knowledgeable. I can see Newmar doing something really special with their coaches.

Ok so finally someone is making a cool looking coach. I have been on the road most of my life with Very big rock bands and yes we have the Prevosts and american eagle and Newell but this coach is going to be a huge seller for Newmar and i know without question a bunch of people and artists that have the money to buy a COACH like this. Some coaches just look better with just a straight color without all the stripes and graphics which i think is kind of getting old. Coach building co just like yacht builders are finally catching up to what the companies in europe have been building for the last 20 years. good on Newmar.

I’ve always loved Newmar RV’s! And this one is beautiful as well. I wonder if the people who build these beauties get a big discount on one if they want to buy one. I would hope so!!😊

It's an overpriced Newmar, not a Liberty or Newell. not even a ForeTravel.

Wow.. unbelievable 50 bays and you still have to wait that long for service..

All black. Those A/C’s will be working over time in the summer.

Why are there warranty claims?

Seems like a genuine guy and I wish him the best in his new role, but I gotta say, when you have SOOO many coaches in for warranty work that you have to build a freaking campground to hold them all, it's not a good sign! That being said, I know this is an industry problem and not a Newmar-specific one....

They also said that many come every year for maintenance. They also do not put a limit on the age coach they service which would also keep them busy. After touring their plant and the quality of their builds, if we could afford it, Newmar would be our coach of choice.

Up to 11 months to be seen in the Newmar service department on your RV??What if your full timing in it? 🤦‍♂️

Quality control is hit or miss in my opinion. Having owned 2 Dutchstars my last new 4081 slipped through QC with exterior paint flaws, bent motor shaft on roof A/C, defective auto A/C, and jacks that would not retract. Spent so much time in the shop I finally gave up and left rving

You've been wearing the same ratty faded clothes every day for the last five years. If this is your business, clothes are a tax write-off. Clearly, you need to learn how to run a business.

Here's the coolest thing about having your own business...... It's yours to run however you choose. You don't even have to listen to random strangers on the Internet who think what you are wearing has any bearing on his actual product. He's not a tailor or fashion designer. As long as what he is wearing is clean and presented neatly which it is, it's the product that matters and he obviously has a good product because you have been consuming it for five years by your own admission.

You always do too much talking, need to show inside rv, your videos can be very boring
