Touring NPD's Massive Car Collection
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
I was in Florida for the Daytona 300 and 500 but while I was in town I stopped in to visit National Parts Depot which is home to the owner's collection of over 200 cars, trucks, as well as parts and memorabilia. Sorry that this video is so long, but I could spend weeks filming each car and still not show you everything.

What a collection of cars! It is awesome! The cars appear to be in show quality shape! Thank you to National Parts Depot for preserving the history of American iron.

It is an amazing collection, if this video blows up I’ll go back and shoot a video on each car in the collection
Millions and millions of dollars there!!!!!! Incredible!!!!!
That's an amazing collection! Wow!
I flew over from the U.K. last November, to have a look around the collection - and was so pleased that he had an Oldsmobile 442 (my favourite American muscle car).

That is a great choice!
Actually the mustang was originally made in the early Epocene Epoch around 56 million years ago
Strictly a Ford man. My 69 Mach 1 was the same as your red one, only it was blue. The 1976 Ford Station Wagon was a perfect family car that any housewife would want. My 79 full size Bronco I had for 20 years. The car I probably didn't need was the 1972 Lincoln Continental, but it was the most beautiful of Ford's luxury vehicles.

Correction on the 1973 Gran Torino Sport it is not the starsky and hutch style. That show didn't come out till 3 years after that current body style. Stop misrepresenting them
@TheGentlemanRacer

Nothing was “misrepresented” this video was shot on the spur of the moment when I got the opportunity to shoot the collection. I make more than a few mistakes trying to run through 200 cars on the fly… it happens.
I’ve never heard a “car guy” misidentify so many cars and overlook so many important ones.

It was an impromptu video I didn’t plan on shooting plus there was an entire other room of cars. If you think you can get everything right in one take with over 200 cars have at it. Thanks for watching 👍🏻

WRONG at 21:42 The Cyclone did have a turbo charged 4.3 buy it didnt come from buick. The Buick Grand Nationals had Buick 3.8 Turbo charged V6. The 4.3 is a Chevy Small Block with 2 cylinders cut off...
@TheGentlemanRacer

Yeah, I caught that after the fact, but after recording for over an hour and talking about 200+ cars sometimes it's easy to mix stuff up.
@JohnDoe-ww2zf

Cyclone was developed by gale banks also. He original was supposed to do the 1/2 ton 454 ss but they built that without him so they asked him to come up with a fast s10.
Nice look at the collection. Oddly the only 2 cars that i have seen so far with a "cookie sheet" catch tray is under mostly cars of the era where cars were just mass produced and are junky.! Just goes to show you even in pristine condition these cars were marginal at best!
@TheGentlemanRacer

Daniel Scott most of them had a tray under them just in case. The only one with a major leak was the Saleen Truck.
22:03 pretty sure that's an early 80s Camaro, not a Pontiac.

Yeah I caught myself on that one too, but when talking about over 200 cars in a limited amount of time on the fly, anyone would make a mistake of two. I didn’t plan on shooting this video it just was an opportunity that popped up so I took it.

Awesome collection of Mustangs! But I couln't help noticing that there was not even one example of the '74-'78 "Mustangs"... most of which were basically glorified Pintos. Speaking of Pintos, not one of those either. Although they easily made up for the lack of Pintos with waaay too many Lincolns...

@@TheGentlemanRacer That's right, he did say that around the start of the video. Like "the brothers collection", they have so many cars that they can't display anywhere near all of them in one building. It's sad, I think probably 90% of the Mustang 2s were crushed during the 80s & 90s, (after innovative hot rodders removed the steering & front suspension parts for other projects lol.) Which is likely the reason we rarely see any today... unless it's a "collectible" like the V8 Cobra versions.

@TheGentlemanRacer

Yes I know they are just “Continentals” but I hadn’t planned on filming this video so jumping in and talking about hundreds of cars on the fly anyone would make some minor mistakes. I am a car guy but I will admit I can misspeak from time to time when rolling without any prep or script on the fly.
