Agree with Patrick, plot of land and mix and match your own home. Great design and so many different direction to go with the interior. One of each please, and maybe an olive tree or three. However the pools are a must have.

Besten Dank für die interessante Tour und die exzellente Kameraführung! Die Häuser sind sehr gut konzipiert und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist optimal. Einzig die Gänge wären mir etwas zu schmal aber damit kann man sich sicher auch anfreunden. Das Grunddesign ist perfect für Kunstliebhaber geeignet. Da alles im selben Farbton gehalten ist kommen alle weiteren Gegenstände oder Bilder optimal zur Geltung. Wenn man also nicht gerade mehrere Millionen ausgeben möchte oder kann ist das eine gelungene Alternative wenn man diese Art von minimalistischer Architektur mag. Aus meiner Sicht eine sehr gute Leistung.

like the villas guys, clean lines and no fuss interiors, I do however have an issue with not having a front door and an entrance hall, I kind would feel exposed without them, but that's just me. The concept however is an excellent one, I would use with tweaks here and there to make the place more homely. Thank you for showing us something new and exciting

Mein Favorit wäre N150, weil da am Meisten im Kühlschrank drin war. Ich habe bald alle Videos von Euch geschaut und dann gibt's nur noch wöchentlich eins 😕 Wirklich wundervolle Häuser dabei! 😍 Wenn ich ganz viel Geld finde, dann weiß ich bei wem ich mich melde. Ich glaube in Marbella würde ich mich wohlfühlen.

"I found the projects and designs very beautiful, especially the maintenance of a minimalist and clean aesthetic. I was also surprised by the 3-month construction period, which makes me think about what type of construction it would be, which is not clarified in the video, nor have I been able to appreciate it well. So, my question would be, is it wet or dry construction? (By dry, I mean what would be steel framing.) I also noticed that the garages or parking spaces were not shown. Do these units have a garage? I also haven't seen if the plots are divided in a certain way. Does this not affect privacy? Lastly, I'm unsure if the price of the houses already includes the plot, or if the plot price needs to be added to the price of the houses?"

What you see in the video is a showroom plot with various units. They are show houses and do not come with plots. You purchase your design home with steal frames and put it wherever you have space.

Good to see a different price point. Wouldn’t describe as ‘cosy and cute’ though and a lot of sharp corners for the wee ones.

Hello, A new house from scratch is nowadays around 1400/1600 € per m2 with no equipments; plus the terreno. And +/- 2700 €/ m2 for standard "eco-construction". So, It seems to be well-priced.

Pool Optional. Bit remember, what we have shown is a show room plot, meaning the homes are only for display.

¿Tiene sistema de seguridad antiocupas? ¿Que eficiencia energética tiene? ¿Que tipo de calefacción usa? Lo veo muy bonito para esposicion y poco o nada práctico para vivir.

Price is “basic” model so I assume it’s like with cars - you always end up spending loads more. Also it’s the cost of the house, the plot can cost up to the same amount you pay for the house or even more. So the price sounds good at first but I doubt one ends up paying anywhere near that price. However, I’d love to be wrong:)

Obviously there will be the additional cost of land. But I've been in the basic model and it has all you need. Wouldn't know if I'd go for any other extras (besides a pool)

ich finde die häuser haben eine gute größe aber irgendwie sind die schlafzimmer trotzdem super winzig und der gang sehr schmal. eine spur größer und es wäre optimal, aber ich glaub ich hätte im oberen stock beklemmende gefühle 😅

I'd have to go with house #3, the 3 bedroom, 1 floor home. However, I would change the design a little. Every bedroom needs it's own bathroom. No sharing of bathrooms. Also, I HATE stairs. They're a huge safety risk. I've fell down stairs before. Too easy to do serious damage. My brother just fell down stairs, and needed reconstructive surgery to fix his shoulder.

N220 looks like numbers on a pill.

Huge windows. Schüco? The first house doesn't feel like 320m2, narrow hallways, tight kitchen but I guess with enough rooms it adds up. It's probably too minimalistic and it fails to deliver open living. Too confined. The modularity shows and makes it feel a bit like temporary housing. The price probably shouldn't be that high when it's module builds.

I see what they tried to do. I tried hard to like it, but I did not love it. The houses are at 50% taste wise, and I could boost the design by another 50% to make it perfect. At their current design, look, feel and vibe, the houses look perfect for a recovering addict/mental health patient or a playboy who swore never to settle. It would NOT be perfect houses for families. Nevertheless, with a few tweaks and additions, N220 make a perfect "guest house" in addition to a mainhouse on a plot somewhere. To conclude, this project can be perfected and made better. I will certainly steal/borrow the idea and "upgrade" from the original idea.

As always, it's the base home which needs love and care from the new owners. Some colourful paintings and done 😀

You even get less what you pay for. Simple architecture and build quality. There are better options and I definitely wouldn‘t run the risk to buy a prefabricated place built by a spanish contractor.

They feel cold, characterless and sterile with no privacy. They look like they could be a wing of a future dystopian mental asylum. A hard no.
